    Founder & Financial Advisor

    Adam is the Founder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ at PairOne Private Wealth. Prior to founding PairOne, Adam spent over 5 years in the wealth management industry building relationships and providing clients with financial clarity. Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning from the University of Minnesota–Duluth. Outside of work, Adam enjoys golfing, being active, and coaching high school hockey in Lakeville, Minnesota.

    Spencer Schneider

    Founder & Financial Advisor

    Spencer is the Founder and a Financial Advisor at PairOne Private Wealth. Prior to founding PairOne, Spencer played Division 1 College Hockey at Bowling Green State University. His hockey career started in Minnesota at Lakeville North High School and led him to Aberdeen, South Dakota. At Bowling Green, he graduated with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning. In his free time, Spencer enjoys playing tennis, golfing, and spending time with friends.
